- The Doctoral Programme in Law is offered by the Faculty of Law. All the postgraduate students admitted to pursue a Doctor of Laws degree at the Faculty of Law participate in this programme.
- The Faculty of Law can also be part of national doctoral programmes and collaborate with other doctoral programmes.

- A research plan for a doctoral dissertation in accordance with the guidelines of the Faculty of Law.
- A résumé (CV) in accordance with the guidelines of the Faculty of Law.
- A signed form of agreement from the person or persons proposed to act as a supervisor to the applicant.

- The degree certificates and transcript of study records
- Certification of the language skills.
- A list of publications (if not included in the CV).
