Linköping city life
Linkoping is a modern university city that you will simply love exploring in your free time and you will have the possibility to visit several museums and engage in outdoor activities as well.

You can watch several sports events of the local floorball, volleyball and ice hockey teams.
The location of Linkoping allows you to make trips to Stockholm, only a two-hours away train ride or to Uppsala and Gothenburg, both around three hours away.

In Linkoping, you will experience warm summers and cold and quite long winter seasons. High temperatures in the summer are only around 20 °C (72 °F), with July as the warmest, but at the same time the wettest month in terms of rainfall precipitations. The cold season starts in November and usually ends in March, with temperatures above the freezing point during the day, then falling below it at night, from 1 °C (33 F) to – 3 °C (25 °F). In the winter, moderate or light snow always occurs.
