About

The Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change (OLPC) specialization is designed to help working executives, researchers, and academics develop the skills needed to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance decision-making, and develop analysis and research expertise. 

The program’s coursework is grounded in organizational, strategic and change management theory, focusing on a combination of sociological, systems, psychological, and economic approaches to performance improvement strategies. This doctoral degree is a cohort structure offered as face-to-face, bi-weekly Saturday meetings held in downtown Denver.

You’ll gain cutting-edge skills for research, as well as unique practical and consulting skills. You’ll leave the program equipped to understand workplaces on a deeper level, and to enhance them with long-lasting solutions.

    PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is a language test that enables students to demonstrate their writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills when applying to study in English. Delivered and marked by computer, it reports on a scale between 10 and 90.
