This Innovation and Knowledge Management program from Near East University is based on four paradigms: the organizational/managerial paradigm, socio technical paradigm, technological paradigm and human paradigm. 

The phenomenon of “knowledge” in any kinds of organizations has been investigated in relation to the theoretical and practical perspectives by emphasizing from learning organization to knowing organizations concepts. 

Through this program, the students will provide information on;

  • Understanding the importance of intellectual capital,
  • Adding value by using knowledge effectively in organizations,
  • Learning the differences among data, information, knowledge and wisdom,

    Living Costs

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.


  • The information at the bottom of the Conditional Acceptance Letter is very important and must be read through.  
  • The remaining tuition fee part not covered by the scholarship, 5% VAT, bench fee and thesis fees will be financed by the applicant. The Foundation Courses or Preparatory Programs (if required to take) will not be covered by the scholarship.
  • The scholarship for Ph.D. studies is only valid for 4 years. The student should exceed this duration, they are obliged to pay the necessary fees.
  • The scholarship result covers only tuition fees of Master/Ph.D. courses.
