General requirements
The post-MSc Designer Programme "Product, Process and Equipment Design" has only 12 to 14 openings for EngD trainees per year, which means that admission is highly selective. The applicants must have above-average assessments and be highly motivated to ensure completion of the programme within two years. The programme welcomes applications from well-qualified students who have successfully completed five years of university training (MSc, Ir., Drs.). Admission is open to graduates with diverse backgrounds, such as:
- Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering
- Applied Mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation related to chemical engineering, such as Industrial Process Equipment and Energy Systems
- Applied Earth Sciences, with specialisation in Raw Material Processing or Petroleum Engineering
- Physical Technology
