About

European Studies is an interdisciplinary programme at University College London (UCL) which considers Europe in terms of its politics, history, literature, film, culture and thought.

Overview

As part of the Centre for Multidisciplinary and Intercultural Inquiry, it draws on the expertise of members of staff in the Faculties of Arts & Humanities, Social & Historical Sciences, and the School of Slavonic & Eastern European Studies (SSEES).

Students in this European Studies programme at University College London (UCL) can specialise in any area of European Studies for which there is a suitable supervisor. We have a high level of expertise in the fields of modern European history, thought, literature, and film.
