We're answering fundamental questions about the worker/employee relationship – from how it's regulated by employers, trade unions, governments and other bodies, to how conflicts arise in the workplace.

Organisation studies, business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR)

We're exploring how to promote a more responsible business culture, and encouraging businesses to adopt more ethical business practices to benefit their own organisation, consumers, society, and the planet.
