The Centre of Innovation and Technology Management (CITM) 

The Centre of Innovation and Technology Management (CITM) is a multidisciplinary research centre that aims to develop and disseminate knowledge in the area of operations, technology and innovation management.

Our research, which uses rigorous methods and is published in some of the leading journals, explores themes inspired by managerial challenges and practice. The rigour and relevance of our research is demonstrated by the impact our research is having on companies, public sector organizations, industry associations, professional bodies and government, as well as the everyday lives of individuals.

Programme Structure

Curriculum:

  • We teach courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the main management fields of strategy, organisational behavior, leadership, HRM, marketing, entrepreneurship, public management, operations, and international business.

Academic Requirements

  • This programme does not recognise GRE® scores.

    The GRE® General Test is a widely administered admissions test that measures the skills needed in today's graduate and business school programs worldwide. The GRE® General Test contains three sections - Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. Three scores are reported: a Verbal Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, a Quantitative Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, and an Analytical Writing score on a 0 - 6 score scale in half-point increments.

General Requirements

  • For UK students: A Masters degree, normally with a mark of at least 65% in your Masters dissertation.
  • For non-UK students: A degree that is equivalent to a UK Masters. You also need to have completed and passed (at a level equivalent to at least 65%) a dissertation module.
