History
Cracow University of Technology (PK) is a public university with almost 80 years of tradition (founded in 1945). Tadeusz Kościuszko has been our patron for over 30 years.
Education
Cracow University of Technology comprises 8 faculties with 30 majors of study accredited by the Polish Accreditation Committee. Also the majors taught by the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Architecture are accredited by the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education.
Moreover the major in Architecture is accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the major in Landscape Architecture earned the accreditation of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) Europe. Cracow University of Technology was awarded the Logo Human Resources Excellence in Research by the European Commission.
Career
The Careers Office has been operating since 1997 as an organizational unit of the Cracow University of Technology. We help students and graduates of the university in search of work and making decisions regarding professional development.

Cracow University of Technology offers accommodation in its students' residence hall located at at Skarzyńskiego Street, in DS-4 Balon (twin rooms, shared bathrooms and shared kitchen).
Library services
The mission of the Library of Cracow University of Technology is to support education and research and to provide integrated library and information services to its users including access to information on scientific achievements in Poland and world-wide. The Library is focused on equipping students with the essential skills to enable their self-directed learning and overall personal development.
Campus life
Cracow is an extraordinary place which once visited remains in your memory forever. Located in the south of Poland, not far from the Tatra Mountains, attracts a lot of visitors from all over the world. Some of them settle here, some, missing the place, come back after years.
Cracow, the former Capital of Poland, is also one of the oldest university centres in Europe. Studying here it is not just studying, it is studying in Cracow, and it also means a unique atmosphere of cobblestone streets, galleries, theatres, cinemas and pubs.
Cracow University of Technology (CUT) is accredited by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the CUT Faculty of Architecture earned accreditation of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
