The town of Princeton has a bohemian and cheerful urban life. Animated by the international students, the town is rich in culture and historical sites and buildings. Among them there are the McCarter Theatre, Richardson Auditorium or Paul Robeson Centre for the Arts. If you wish to make a trip in nearby areas, you may also visit the Old Barracks Museum or NJ State Police Museums.
The parks in Princeton and from nearby areas are delightful and include animal habitats, wildflowers, historic landmarks or entertainment and adventure activities. The Princeton Battlefield State Park, Barbara Boggs Sigmund Park, Greenway Meadows, Marquand Park, Pettoranello Gardens or the Prospect Gardens are some of the closest touristic sites.
Downtown Princeton includes shopping centres, restaurants, gourmet stores and the locally famous Lake Carnegie. Palmer Square could be considered a shopping hotspot of the town. Eating clubs could also be an option for dining, which is mostly chosen by upper-class locals.
