Description

The scholarship is available to one new full-time PhD student whose research focuses on the arts and material culture of dynastic or pre-dynastic China using art historical methodologies.

Benefits

Full Home tuition fees for 3 years.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Have Home fee status.
  • Be new admissions only.
  • Possess or expect to be awarded a first class honours masters degree in Art History or another relevant area.
  • Have applied to SOAS but are not required to have received an offer of admission by the scholarship deadline.

This scholarship does not cover funding for pre-sessional courses.
