Description
The purpose of the Henry Baker Scholarship Program is to:
Support the aim of the City's economic development strategy to foster the potential of Regina's growing aboriginal community;
Reflect the City of Regina's commitment to employment equity; and
Recognize the important role the University of Regina, First Nations University of Canada and Saskatchewan Polytechnic play in our community.

Eligibility
- Registered as a full-time master's or doctoral student at the University of Regina
- Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%
- Thesis or graduate studies (course based students) relates to a community issue
