Description

The University of Auckland India High Achievers Scholarship was established in 2022.The main purpose of the Scholarship is to attract new international students of high calibre from India to enrol full-time in undergraduate or postgraduate study of one year or more at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland.

Benefits

Up to 30 scholarships will be awarded annually and will comprise a contribution towards compulsory tuition fees of up to $20,000 each.

The Scholarship will be paid as a credit towards compulsory tuition fees in the first year of study at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland as soon as is practical after confirmation of the awardee’s enrolment

Eligibility

  • New International students from India enrolling in undergraduate degrees, PGDip or masters programmes.
  • The basis of selection will be academic merit, the quality of the letter of application and endorsement by the applicant’s referee. The Selection Committee may also consider how the intended programme of study aligns with the University’s strategic aims.
