Description
Chongqing University President Scholarship is offered by Chongqing Municipal Government to international students who want to pursue a degree program at Chongqing University.

Benefits
First class Scholarship:
Exempt from tuition fee.
Provide free on-campus accommodation (or off-campus accommodation subsidy 700 RMB per month if there is insufficient supply of on-campus accommodation)
Provide comprehensive medical insurance
Monthly living allowance: 2,200RMB per month for Ph.D. degree students; 1,800RMB per month for Master’s degree students; 1,500RMB per month for bachelor’s degree student.
Second-class Scholarship:
Exempt from tuition fee.
Third-class Scholarship:
Exempt from 50% tuition fee.
Eligibility
- Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport.
- In good physical and mental health; in excellent academic standing and with good conduct; abide by the laws and decrees of China and comply with rules and regulations of Chongqing University.
- Self-supported applicants should be above 18 years old and under 30 years old; scholarship applicants should be above 18 years old and under 25 years old.
- High school graduated or above, meeting the academic requirements of the applied program.
- Chinese language proficiency: HSK 4 (≥210) or equivalent.
- Not be recipients of any other scholarships at the same time.
