Overview

The Doctor of Professional Studies at CQUniversity Australia is a degree for the 21st century that focuses on creativity, innovation and enterprise to generate new knowledge in the context of an application that has commercial potential.

We live in a time where there has never been such a prodigious rate of innovation, with science and technology taking the lead. The Doctor of Professional Studies builds on this paradigm to create new knowledge in a range of professions and occupations.

You already have a solid education background but you now find yourself dealing with more fragmented issues and complex demands, demands that are hard to satisfy.

Career Opportunities

Doctor of Professional Studies graduates aim for high level management positions that allow them to inform and influence within their chosen field of employment. A PhD is the highest academic degree that can be undertaken.

Programme Structure

  • The Doctor of Professional Studies acknowledges your experience and leverages it against high-level workshops and creative research; so at the end of the process, you will have achieved at least two goals: top-level success; and a solution to a workplace issue or knowledge relevant to your organisation.
