- A recognized master’s degree from an accredited higher education institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- The submission of a detailed, well-structured research proposal that strictly aligns with HBMSU’s designated research focus areas
- The successful completion of a comprehensive academic evaluation interview
- Attested copies of the master’s degree and official academic transcripts
- An Equivalency Certificate (mandatory if the degree was obtained outside the UAE)
- Official English proficiency test score reports
- An updated CV detailing academic, research, and professional achievements
- A formal letter of intent actively outlining research interests and long-term career goals
- Two official recommendation letters (academic or professional)
- A valid Emirates ID and a copy of a valid passport
- One recent passport-sized photograph
- A valid Police Clearance Certificate
- An employment letter (if applicable)
