In the Earth Sciences programme from University College Dublin, we encourage research students to develop independent and original research. They are required to take ownership of their research and are encouraged to plan their research, in consultation with their academic supervisor(s) and relevant technical staff.

Features

They are not merely laboratory assistants who carry out the research directions of their supervisor. If you are interested in one of our PhD projects you should contact the specified research supervisor who will advise you further on the project and application procedure and deadlines.
