General requirements
- The minimum admission requirements for the EdD and PhD are a master's and bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution and a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4-point grading scale.
- In special circumstances a student with a GPA lower than 3.5 may be considered for admission. Additionally, some specializations may require previous professional experience. For example, the Educational Administration and Leadership specialization requires applicants to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience or equivalent.
