- Master’s degree or 240 ECTS credits including 60 at second-cycle level required
- At least 90 ECTS in education, social sciences, or humanities required, including a 15 ECTS thesis
- Thesis must address research questions related to educational issues, theories, and methods
- Teaching degree or related qualifications may be accepted if requirements are met
- Excellent English proficiency required (spoken and written)
- English assessed through interview and written test (abstract writing)
