- Second-cycle qualification, or at least 240 credits including 60 credits at second-cycle level, or equivalent knowledge.
- 30 credits in Cultural Studies at second-cycle level.
- At least 15 credits must consist of an independent project.
- Knowledge of Swedish and English sufficient to participate in compulsory courses, seminars, and related activities.
- Equivalent qualifications obtained in Sweden or abroad may be accepted.
