- Advanced-level degree, or at least 240 higher education credits including 60 credits at advanced level, or equivalent knowledge.
- Swedish Juristexamen, or equivalent qualifications consisting of an LLB degree and an LLM degree.
- Equivalent knowledge and skills may be accepted.
- Sufficient proficiency in Swedish or English.
- Qualifications must be adequate for successful research within the chosen legal subject.
