General requirements
- Advanced-level degree (Master's equivalent), or at least 240 ECTS including 60 ECTS at advanced level, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 120 ECTS credits in Physics.
- Up to 30 of the 120 Physics credits may be replaced by another relevant natural science subject when strong interdisciplinary reasons exist.
- Equivalent knowledge acquired through other educational backgrounds may be accepted.
- Applicants must be judged capable of benefiting from doctoral education.
