Features
- The Architectural and Landscape Heritage doctorate at Politecnico di Torino intends to respond to the need shared by the scientific world and the socio-economic reality - in the current cultural, productive and administrative condition of the territory and its architectural, urban and environmental heritage - to train highly professional researchers and operators aware that the historical-critical knowledge of cultural heritage and of the anthropic environment in general, as well as the acquisition of integrated intervention methodologies and practices, constitute, in their disciplinary specificity and their synergies, the basis for any operational approach according to the dual parameters compatibility and sustainability.

- Attention is paid to the heritage both for the purposes of knowledge, management and conservation of the built environment, and for the purpose of the qualification and innovation/transformation project compatible with the values of the existing for the purposes of valorization, also considering the role that the communication.

- All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee (€ 30,00) for each application submitted (one application per each PhD programme).
- After submitting the application, no changes are allowed. It will not be possible to upload any other document.
- Master’s degree with the minimum grades of 95/110 or another second-level academic qualification earned abroad and recognized as valid for the admission to the PhD programme (or an average grade of their Master’s exams GPA greater than 25/30)
- a certificate proving their knowledge of the English language: IELTS minimum score 5.0
