About the programme
The innovative Artistic Practice programme represents a great opportunity for all those who intend to transform their artistic practice into a professional career.
The course will be based in Italy at NABA – New Academy of Fine Arts Milan Campus, co-tutored and awarded by the partner school. The University of Gothenburg in fact, is a public institution which is fully accredited in the Swedish and International education system. Upon successful completion of the programme, the students will be awarded a legally valid and accredited PhD title.
Programme Structure
During the PhD course, attendees will have the opportunity to:- focus on their research project and dedicate time to the development of their practice
- be supported by NABA and UGOT tutors and share ideas with a vibrant artistic community
- attend some courses in Sweden to meet the UGOT faculty and tutor as well as do some teaching activity which is very important also to share practice with the students’ community

- A person meets the general entry requirements if he or she has been awarded a second-cycle qualification, or has satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second-cycle.
