Overview
About the programme
Experimental Physics at Luleå University of Technology focus on three main fields: advanced nanomaterials for renewable energies, high pressure spectroscopy, and scanning probe microscopy. The complementary background of the group members in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science offers the ideal environment for the development of an interdisciplinary research.
Targeted applications of our research are solar cells, photoelectrochemical and electrochemical water splitting, photocatalysis and others. We aim at developing all the steps of our research from nanomaterials preparation, to their structural and functional characterization, including integration in prototype devices.
