We teach the skills to address complex management issues by taking a system-level approach and by drawing upon resources and ideas from multiple functional areas.

- In the Management program at Carleton University, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a seminar series on current management problems involving business and government leaders and academic researchers. In addition, you’ll take part in a teaching education seminar series with the opportunity to gain teaching experience.

Curriculum:
- Our program offers a number of interdisciplinary, issue-focused courses that provide a holistic perspective to defining and solving problems.
- At the same time, you are able to ground your learning and research in selected functional areas.
- We offer integrative courses not commonly found in other PhD programs focusing on interconnections between disparate phenomena.
