- At University of Milano - Bicocca, the PhD program of National Interest in “The new public administration: Data and Human Resources”, in line with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), is aimed at graduates who intend to apply for a top level or high professional employment in the public sector and/or to pursue a career as researcher in higher education and research institutions at national and/or international level.

General requirements
- Grade of bachelor degree
- Grade of master degree (second cycle)
- Grade of old system degree or single-cycle second level degree
- Publications in extenso (already published or accepted by the publishers) and conference papers, of the last two years
- Participations in post-degree masters, training courses, advanced courses, specialization schools, any other second degrees
- Certification of joint researches and analysis
- Certification of training periods and/or research periods abroad of at least two months
Tuition Fee
Fees are set every year by the Board of Directors. The first instalment is €156.00 and must be paid at the time of enrolment.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
