Students will operate in a research context characterized by international cooperation and participation in national and international research projects coordinated by the faculty members of the PhD course.
Features
- The Electronic Engineering course at Tor Vergata University of Rome is articulated in research activities and in fundamental courses. Students will be invited to specific courses and seminars related to their research activities.
- All course and PhD activities will be carried on in English. The student will be invited to follow the fundamental courses the first year in order to focus the activities of second and third year to the research and to the preparation of the final dissertation.

General requirements
- The call is open to all applicants with a second level degree obtained in Italy or abroad.
- The PhD Board will have to establish whether the degree awarded abroad could be considered equivalent to an Italian degree or not, through a specific assessment limited to the PhD call purposes.
- The PhD description pages form an integral part of the call and duly provide the requirements for the admission along with the expected dates of the exams.
- Any changes to the dates will be available in each single PhD description page with a 15 days’ notice.
