About the programme
The Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology aims at developing a new breed of professionals who are not only able to produce original research ideas which would significantly contribute to the advance field of inquiry in the areas of IT and computing, but also competent in charting out strategic decisions as well as improving and upgrading organizational performances.
The programme at the International Islamic University of Malaysia continues to work towards its objective of producing well-rounded intellectuals and professionals who are committed to the promotion of Islamic principles and disciplines and are innovation and continue to provide integrated new ideas.

- A relevant Bachelor's degree and Master's degree or equivalent from IIUM or any other accredited institution of higher learning
- A suitable Research Proposal is required for Ph.D. applicants
