Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS): up to HK$1.7m (~US$217,830) for 4 years

HKUST RedBird PhD Award (for International Student): Recruitment Award of HK$40,000 (~US$5,130) plus a Tuition Fee Waiver in the first year; and an Academic Excellent Award of HK$20,000 (~US$2,560)
