Overview

The Medical Sciences course at University of Nicosia enables students to become independent researchers, thus advancing innovation and development. Following the completion of their PhD, graduates will develop capabilities that will allow them to carry out and lead independent research, to innovate and to push forward the frontiers of science and medicine.

Eligible Candidates should hold (or hold by the time that their registration on the programme is expected to commence) recognized degrees; a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree (or equivalent) for entry to a Doctoral Degree. Please note that a Medical degree is the minimum entry requirement for the Medical School’s doctoral programme.
