It was established in 1991 as the first private higher college with international affiliation in Bulgaria – the Bulgarian-Danish College of Business, Export and Marketing.
On 25 July 2002, with an act of the 39th National Assembly of Republic of Bulgaria, it was transformed into a specialised higher school of learning - International Business School.
The mission of International Business School is to change life, economics and society by means of business education and scientific research.
Our mission has three equally important integrated components. They ate education and teaching, research and engagement with the community.
Higher education is a powerful force of economic progress that creates bases for a better standard of living and better opportunities for young people. The strengthening of the relationships between education, scientific research and business, the quality improvement of learning in compliance with the needs of individuals and labour market, assemble the priority of the International Business School.
