Molde University College was founded on 1 August 1994, when two colleges in Molde merged together; Molde Nursing School, founded i 1958 and Molde Regional College, founded in 1969. In 2019 we will celebrate our 25th anniversary.
The BSc programmes are held in Norwegian language and not offered to international applicants seeking a degree. At master's level, the international programmes; MSc in Petroleum Logistics, MSc in Logistics and MSc in Sport Management are in English.
Our research covers a wide range of disciplines. All the faculties have research groups, and most members of staff are part of one or more such groups. Molde University College - Specialized University in Logistics has organized its research groups within Logistics, Transport, Sports, Social Science, Management and Health Sciences.

Student association in Molde (SiMolde) welcomes you to Molde as a student and housing applicant. We have 362 homes available in 3 different locations: Kvam, Glombo and Molde Campus. All our homes are furnished and there is access to laundry and internet.
Molde University College Library is situated on the top floor of the A-building. The library offers relevant literature in health sciences, social sciences, organisation and administration, sports and event management, economics, logistics and transport economics.
If you are entitled to a GP, you can find and switch to the desired doctor at helsenorge.no. Now you can also put on the waiting list if the doctor you want is not available. A permanent change is valid from the first day of the following month.

The Student Welfare Organization in Molde (SiMolde) owns and runs the student housing - SiMolde housing, the student book store - SiMolde Bok, the café, the kindergarten, the student housing and support student activities through the student organization iStudent. In addition we offer student counselling.
