Student services
The Student Wellbeing and International Support team is the first point of contact for international students at the University of Canberra. The team is comprised of specialised support staff including International and Wellbeing Student Advisors. The team provides individualised and targeted support and information to help students navigate their journey at UC.
Student Wellbeing and International Support deliver regular student outreach and engagement programs from Orientation Week onwards, customised guidance with managing studies, access to confidential advice, referrals and support

- Whether you're forging new friendships, enjoying convenient access to campus, or seeking comfortable common spaces like Community Central and The Great Room, our university-approved accommodations, managed by UniLodge, offer over 2,500 beds across four convenient locations. With options to fit every preference and budget, settling into university life has never been easier.
- Room options are available at UC Lodge, Cooper Lodge, Weeden Lodge, Guginya, Mulleum, Gurubun, Wagan and Buru.

Campus life
- The Canberra campus, situated in the suburb of Bruce, is the primary Campus. It is a haven of tall native trees and wildlife, despite being only minutes away from Canberra's Civic Centre and boasting a rich on-campus life.
- Whether you'd prefer to hang out with our resident kangaroos, in the bar, library, cafes, or health clubs, Bruce Campus has both lifestyle and facilities covered.
- A University of Canberra degree can be studied in Sydney, and in multiple locations in Queensland or internationally in China, Vietnam, India and Bhutan.
- The University has a rich variety of facilities for students, staff and the community to engage with.
Sports facilities
- The sporting facilities are being developed on campus to help the University become one of Australia's leading tertiary sports institutions in scholarships and research.
- Other facilities located within the Sporting Commons include gymnasiums, medical and rehabilitation areas, plunge pools, a sauna, a main oval and skills field, and a purpose-built bocce court for Special Olympics ACT.
- The Sports Hall Courts provide facilities for multiple sporting groups including futsal, netball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, among other sports.
- The University has four squash courts in Building 4 and these are available for use by students, staff and the community.
Student clubs
- UC Life! offer a variety of services and campus events to the UC and wider community. At the Bruce campus they operate a number of food outlets, the campus general store, post office, conference management services and fitness facilities.
- UC Life! also manages over 50 faculty, social, cultural and sporting clubs who run events on and off campus throughout the year for students.
