Review for KIT Royal Tropical Institute

The faculty members for international public health/masters of public are top notch in the industry. They teach internationally accepted best practices in the public health space. I highly recommend them for any serious minded scholar, especially from LMICs

Good experience! Networking - TropEd! Flexibility!

I started the program during COVID-19. I chose the program because it provided a tropical medicine diploma as part of the master program - this provided me with a foundation for applying clinical skills and correlating clinics and research. After the core course, there was freedom to choose electives. It would help if one had a brief idea about what they want to do. This would help one decide what advanced modules to select. One should also start shortlisting from the beginning of the master program. There was adequate help during the thesis preparation and finalization.

Feedback

The study was very stressful. there was no time for students and the school year was very short. They need to improve because Master program shouldn't be 9 months instead is should be 16 months then students will be able to understand what they are learning but not to just study and pass but can't remember what they learned
