Student services
International Student Union (ISU) of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of china (UESTC) is a Union dedicated to the service of UESTC International Students and the enhancement of the educational, social and cultural environment on the University campus. The mission is as follows:
Housing services
- UESTC will provide on-campus dormitory for international students: Single room for PhD students, and double room (two in a room) for Master, undergraduate students.
International students, who plan to live off-campus, shall inquire estate agency for more information. The university does not provide lodgings for your accompanying personnel. Your family members or friends can choose to live in the hotels adjacent to the university or the UESTC hotel.
Library services
- The library of the University of Electronic Science and technology (hereafter referred to as UESTC) was founded in 1956.
- By the end of 2016, there are 2.069 million collections, 109 digital resources platforms, including 283 databases, more than 4.3 million electronic books, and more than 7.5 million online theses.
Medical services
- UESTC Hospital consists of 2 hospitals, 2 infirmaries and a community health service center.
- It is composed of 10 clinical and 4 technical departments: Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency, ENT, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Stomatology, Psychiatry, Prevention of Disease, Rehabilitation, Physical Examination Clinic, laboratory Medicine, Radiology, and others.

UESTC has more than 110 students' associations: Networks Club, Telecommunication Club, Animation Club, Computer - fan Association, Football Association, Basketball Association, Volunteer Association, Painting Association, Chorus, Dancing Association, Calligraphy Association, Magic Club, Billiard Association, etc. And UESTC has three students’ associations exclusive for international students: International Students Union (ISU), Country League, and Chinese and Overseas Students Association (COSA).
