Services

Student services

Creighton University exists for students and learning. Members of the Creighton community are challenged to reflect on transcendent values, including their relationship with God, in an atmosphere of freedom of inquiry, belief and religious worship. Service to others, the importance of family life, the inalienable worth of each individual and appreciation of ethnic and cultural diversity are core values of Creighton.

Housing services

You may already know that to get the best from college life as a traditional student, you should live on campus. Our residence halls and apartments will allow you to make fast friends with people you’ll know for the rest of your life. Creighton’s unique living and learning communities offer an immersive experience for those seeking to learn, play and grow in a tight-knit group of fellow students. Maybe you’ll want to be part of the Freshman Leadership Program in Kiewit Hall. Or, maybe living in Deglman Hall’s Cortina Community is more your style.

Library services

Our three libraries provide expert staff, outstanding resources, and community spaces that together support teaching and learning needs.

ICT services

Dedicated support for Creighton students, faculty and staff is available from the Service Desk.  Located on the main level of the Reinert Library, the Service Desk provides assistance with connecting to Creighton University services such as Office 365, CUWireless, and is your first stop for general IT support for your laptop, mobile device, and gaming console.

Medical services

Center for Health and Counseling - A full-service medical clinic staffed with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified medical assistants. Provides individual counseling, group counseling, academic counseling, crisis intervention, and a variety of other services.

Student Life

Campus life

One thing’s for sure: there’s always something to do on campus. Start at Rollie’s Roost in the Skutt Student Center for a quick game of billiards. After your win, head to one of our many dining options for a slice or two.

Sports facilities

Show off your competitive side or just play for fun in one of the many intramural sports leagues with a team of friends. Creighton intramurals offers everything from mini golf to flag football and are available in fall and spring semesters. With lots of practice and a little luck, you can earn a spot in the playoffs and take a shot at getting the coveted

Student clubs

If there’s one thing you can do at Creighton, it’s everything. Everyone can join in the fun: traditional undergrads, grad students, adult and professional students. This is more than a place to get a top-tier Jesuit education. This is a place where people get involved, where they discover what drives them. It doesn’t take long for Creighton students to find out that, whatever they’re into, there are a lot more people on campus who are into it too.

Accreditation

Specialized program accreditation processes sets standards for professional or other specialized programs (e.g., nursing, business, medicine, law) and evaluates the ability of the individual program to meet these standards. Though these standards may be very similar to those set by HLC, the standards apply only to the specific program and not the institution as a whole.
