In the late 50s USSR Academy of Sciences decided there was a need for fundamental science. To pursue fundamental science they needed a new type of professional. They needed a lot of potential employees that corresponded to this new profile. Thus, Novosibirsk State University was born.
Three institutes and six departments guarantee a fundamental education that meets international standards. All divisions are closely linked together: the University offers an interdisciplinary approach, interaction with institutes and departments as well as mutual development

Dormitory rooms are offered by the University. A block is composed of one or two rooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilets. Each floor is equipped with furnished kitchens and a leisure room. Cost for accommodations is 1,050 rubles per month and must be paid by the students.
The University can assist you in finding a family that will be glad to host you. The accommodation fee must be individually negotiated.

The teachers are amazing they make all their effort to teach us and to explain us but concerning the university and administration i’am unsatisfied and all my colleagues are experiencing the same feeling , the university need more cooperations and relations with other universities in other countries , they don’t accept to give students the transcript, when you ask for a transcript they ask you to pay for it 340$ and when you say ok and you pay you don’t receive it also , as you know now Ukraine is experiencing a war and the university don’t make any effort to have relations or cooperations with universities and hospitals in other countries, there is no exchanges , no internship opportunities, really nothing just pay the fees around 5500$-6000$ per year to study online .
My experience studying Organizational Psychology and Management since September 2017 has been a transformative journey. What I truly liked about the program was the deep dive into human behavior within professional environments and how psychological principles can optimize leadership and governance. This background is now proving essential as I transition into Public Policy, as it helps me understand the 'human factor' behind every political decision. One area for improvement would be more practical, cross-border case studies involving international public sectors to further bridge the gap between psychology and global management. Overall, I would summarize my experience as an intellectually stimulating path that has equipped me with a unique toolkit to analyze complex organizational structures and social dynamics. It has given me the confidence to apply psychological insights to broader political and administrative challenges."
