MOVING FORWARD

During my nursing studies, I have gained valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. My clinical placements were especially meaningful, as they allowed me to apply what I learned in real healthcare settings and understand the importance of patient-centered care, teamwork, and effective communication. What I really liked about my experience was the opportunity to work with patients from different backgrounds and learn how to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. I also appreciated the supportive learning environment, where teachers and clinical supervisors guided me in developing my professional competence and confidence. One area that could be improved is the balance between theoretical coursework and clinical practice. At times, a more integrated approach between classroom learning and practical training would have helped deepen my understanding more effectively. Additionally, more simulation-based learning could further strengthen clinical decision-making skills before entering real practice environments. Overall, my study experience has been highly rewarding and formative. It has strengthened my commitment to nursing and motivated me to continue my education at the Master’s level. I now feel more prepared and inspired to advance my knowledge and contribute to improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
