I spent 4 years studying for a bachelor of Education Senior Primary Honours, At the beginning it was not easy with having to understand all the course content; but things started getting easier as the lecturers were very strict with giving tests and individual assignments. The preparation of being in the field with qualified educators and teaching in real life setting helped me to gain more skills and knowledge on various aspects of education. Teachers needs to be placed for the job by the institution after graduating without attending various interviews, or universities should organize interview for their students before graduating.
