Studying at Pázmány Péter Catholic University as an international student has been a very positive and enriching experience. The university creates a welcoming environment for students coming from different countries and provides support that helps them adapt to a new academic and cultural setting. From the beginning, the university offers guidance and resources that make the transition to studying abroad smoother. One of the things I appreciated most is the academic atmosphere and the dedication of many instructors. The courses are well organized and encourage students to think critically and develop their knowledge step by step. I also liked the diversity among students, which creates opportunities to interact with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. Overall, Studying here has helped me gain valuable knowledge, develop new skills, and grow in an international academic environment.
Studying at Damascus university department of Biology was a great experience to me, although Syria suffers limited fundings for academic and scientific field, but we still have a very valuable resource which is the professors’ skills.. Skills that have been shaped and supported by the best universities around the world, with years of experience and effort. So yes Damascus university lacks fundings just like any other Syrian university, but the experiences, skills, and patience of almost all of the professors were always able to fight and beat any circumstance, helping all students to get to the best knowledge they can provide.
