Copenhagen School of Design and Technology (KEA) offers practice-oriented, higher education developed in close cooperation with the business community and educational institutions in Denmark and abroad.

History

In 2007, the legislative proposal to establish the academies of professional higher education was presented. In 2008, it was adopted by the Danish Parliament, the Folketing. And already in 2009, the doors opened for the first students. 

Education

At KEA you can choose between 11 international higher education programmes. Our programmes combine theory and practice and bring you close to the business community.

Housing services

KEA offers accommodation via KEA Housing for international exchange students who are studying at KEA. Any rooms that become available are offered to international full-time students on the waiting list.

International exchange students will automatically be offered accommodation by KEA Housing one to three months before the semester starts. 

Library services

KEA Library is a popular gathering point at KEA. Here you’ll find stylish surroundings, a lounge atmosphere, workplaces, quiet rooms and inspiring exhibitions.

All students at KEA can borrow books from the library and get advice and guidance from the library staff.
