What we find today in the Autonomous University of Puebla is the product of a long history dating back to May 9, 1578, when a Jesuit congregation established residence in Puebla, and at the express request of the city council, founded the Seminar of Saint Hieronymus of the Society of Jesus.
The University fosters research and the creation and dissemination of knowledge, it promotes social inclusion, equal opportunities and social outreach. It conforms a community of knowledge and as such is pivotal in the development of art, culture, and the proposal of solutions to economic, environmental, social and political problems of the region and of the country, under a policy which incorporates transparency and accountability, ethical principles, sustainable development, the defense of human rights, tolerance and honesty, thus contributing to the creation and development of a proactive, productive, just and safe society.

El hecho de que haya tenido libertad en mis tiempos es algo que me gustó bastante, pues, yo me encontraba trabajando y realizando mi maestría en línea, lo cual me permitió practicar lo aprendido y sobre todo, me enseñó a organizarme además de fundar las bases para el trabajo en el que actualmente me desempeño.
I know that the sufferings experienced do not guarantee us success, but they are together an intrinsic force that impels us to achieve our dreams. And my dreams and passions, have been involved in business and transmit vivivencias of places and products to people. I have no other reference among my options to live this experience. I am very clear that the road will not be easy, but I have been educated to survive among difficulties, developing habits of studies necessary to be victorious, and product of overcoming and living among overwhelming obstacles I have the spirit of sacrifice and dedication to reach the end.
I only have good memories, as in all schools there are good and bad teachers, but if you want to be a good student the university provides you with all the tools you need to achieve your goals,like library, free transportation, free or very low cost extracurricular activities.
