The campus of BelSU unites 6 comfortable dormitories. More than 4 000 of students from all regions of Russia and 80 countries of the world – India, China, Ecuador, Moldavia, Brazil, Azerbaijan, Palestine, Albania, Georgia, Turkey etc. live there.
In the year of 130th BelSU anniversary central complex of the university buildings was enriched by a new wonderful construction - Svetlana Khorkina’s Sport Complex. She is a graduate of our University, famous sportswoman, World and Olympic champion.

My year in the preparatory program at Belgorod State University was a truly worthy experience that set me up for success. The intensive Russian language training and subject classes gave me the skills and confidence to start my degree without struggling to keep up. The lecturers were experienced, approachable, and genuinely cared about helping international students adjust academically and culturally. With affordable living costs and strong support from the international office, BelSU made my transition to studying in Russia smooth and rewarding.
We learn how to design a school, university or small town, etc… and we learning all about construction and the safely building
I studied in belgorod state university from november 2021till august 2025. The course was taught in english which was really great to an extent. Clinical practice was quite challenging especially for foreign students because the genral public is rapquite conservative and not really accepting of foreign people especially Africans. Another challenge is the language barrier.while I would advice that you study in Russian medium,the language itself is quite challeging but once you get the hang of it it will greatly improve your general experience.
