Universidad Nacional del Litoral, created by National Law on October 17, 1919, is the daughter of the reformist movement in 1918 proclaimed the country and throughout Latin America his ideas of free and open university community, politically autonomous and insurer state character of the university education.
The University is the result of arduous efforts of governors and legislators of the province and the student movement and the entire Santa Fe citizenship. Born as a regional university, and comprising schools and settled in the cities of Santa Fe, Paraná, Rosario and Corrientes institutes. The creation of the University clothed because of novel features covering Colleges and schools in various cities in the region.
The policy of human resource development of the UNL is aimed at promoting and deepening their programs, ranging from the introduction to research for students to graduate school for teachers. Therefore, the UNL implemented the Course of Action for the Development of Human Resources with the aim of contributing to improving the quality of the activities of teaching, research and extension consolidating a critical mass of human resources.
