History
Founded in 1939 and based on the idea that higher education should combine theory with practice, Endicott has grown from a graduating class of 20 in 1941, to more than 1,230 students receiving Associate's, Bachelors, Master's and Doctoral degrees in 2018.

Since its founding, Endicott has offered academic programs that combine a dynamic career focus with a traditional liberal arts education. Experiential learning is still our hallmark, as we continually enhance our program offerings to meet the needs of today's students – and tomorrow's. Research
The Endicott College Research Center conducts research and evaluation designed to inform educational policy and leaders at the state, national, and international levels using a variety of instruments. The Office of Institutional Research, as part of the Endicott Research Center, provides statistics and information to support the College in meeting its mission.

Housing services
With oceanfront residences, top-notch amenities, and a variety of housing options to choose from, it's no wonder more than 90 percent of students live on campus.
All first-year students are placed into the First-Year Area, composed of eight buildings located within close proximity to one another. The First-Year Area provides new students the opportunity to adjust to college together in a supportive and vibrant environment with focused programming and college support.

Library services
The Diane M. Halle Library, located in the heart of the campus, is a major academic support unit for the undergraduate College and the Van Loan School. The library is a hub of information resources, a helpful source for individual inquiry, and a welcoming gathering place for students, staff, and faculty alike.
