Student services
Fisher is a place for students to live and learn together – an environment designed to foster conversation, collaboration, and the critical thinking and decision-making that result from thorough and honest exchanges between students and faculty. No matter who you are, where you've come from, or where you want to go, Student Life is here to help you get the most out of your Fisher experience.
Housing services
Approximately 300 students make their homes in one of the College's four residence halls. Located just around the corner from the Public Gardens and Boston Common, students reside in elegant, 1900's "brownstone" townhouses with all the comforts of home. The turn of the century residence halls have modern amenities such as security systems, common areas with refrigerators and microwaves, making the halls a comfortable place to study, relax, or just hang out with friends.
Library services
The Library serves as a gateway to information resources, creating an environment in which the members of the Fisher College community can access and use information in a constantly changing, technologically driven world.
Medical services
Good health is essential for academic success. Fisher supports the health and wellness of each student by providing accessible health care for all students, programs to promote healthy choices, and enhance the overall wellness of the Fisher College Community.
The Health Services Office provides assessment, treatment, or referral for illness or accidents that occur within the Fisher Community.
Campus life
Fisher College has four locations, with Boston being the flagship campus. Located at the intersection of Beacon and Arlington Street there are several different commuting options to get you from home to Downtown in no time.
Student clubs
Commuting students are an integral part of Fisher College's student life. All events, organizations, and clubs are open to commuters. The Division of Student Life strongly encourages these students to actively participate in College activities and to make good use of all the services provided (e.g. counseling, health services, etc.).
Fisher College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. Fisher College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM) for the college's Health Information Technology and Health Information Management programs.
