A very enriching educational journey

My experience at University of the Punjab, especially in the Department of Gender Studies, has been highly meaningful and transformative. I appreciated the encouragement to think critically beyond textbooks and engage with real social issues through class discussions and diverse perspectives. The faculty were supportive and guided us in research, presentations, and understanding concepts like gender equality, social justice, and public policy, which contributed to my academic and personal growth. The department’s inclusive environment also helped me build confidence and communication skills. However, more practical exposure, field visits, and career counselling would further enhance learning. Overall, it was a rewarding journey of growth and awareness.

The overall study experience was good.

I really liked studying at my university, my bachelors was also from university of the Punjab, there are some downsides though, firstly, there is no concept of campus life for students secondly, there is lack of communication between professors and students.
