This is accomplished by offering quality programs, activities and resources that enrich the overall student experience and promote civic and global responsibility through leadership and service.

Residence Life and Housing Mission: to cultivate a living and learning community that is conducive to a students' holistic development while advocating integrity and academic achievement.

The Miller F. Whittaker Library at SC State University has joined forces with several other academic libraries from South Carolina’s public and private colleges and universities and the S.C. State Library to provide quicker access to more than four million books and other educational materials as a member of South Carolina’s virtual academic library, PASCAL Delivers.

ITS first level of support for service requests for SC State University faculty, staff, and students. 

Brooks Health Center, within the Division of Student Affairs mission is to contribute to the holistic educational experience of students at SC State by ensuring they have access to quality affordable episodic and preventive health care as well as to provide activities and programs which will promote healthy lifestyle behavior and wellness.
