Housing services

As a residential college, Florida Southern provides a wide array of services to all students living on campus, including telephone, cable, computing, maintenance, mail services and dining. Housing is offered year round, although on a limited basis in designated areas during the academic semesters.

Library services

Roux Library provides access to hundreds of thousands of resources in diverse formats, and your librarians help you make effective use of those resources.

ICT services

Rinker Technology Center: The Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Technology Center offers students a place to complete coursework, collaborate for school projects, or to just to relax and watch TV (Over 30 computers available in the lab, both PCs and Macs, printers, and three scanner stations).

Medical services

The Student Health Center is committed to meeting the changing health and wellness needs of the collegiate community. The following services are provided to full-time day students at no charge:

  • Clinic visits with the RNs and ARNPs
  • A variety of over-the-counter medications
  • Crutches are available for loan
  • Minor dressing supplies (band aids, gauze, tape)
  • Ice packs
  • Braces or splints

The Nina B. Hollis Wellness Center is Florida Southern's home to fitness, wellness, and recreation. 

Our premier facility, state-of-the-art equipment, highly qualified staff, and exceptional programs provide excellent opportunities for FSC students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Student clubs

Center for Student Involvement

The Center for Student Involvement seeks to complement the academic mission of Florida Southern College. By supporting the ideas of the Cornerstone, we provide structured, community-building opportunities for students to be involved in campus life outside the classroom.

With more than 80 student clubs and organizations, life outside the classroom can be just as engaging—take up chess, work for the student newspaper, volunteer, or be part of student government. And if there isn't a club that matches your interests, go ahead and start your own!
